This Privacy Policy explains how Unboxel, a puzzle game developed by DegerKat ("Company", "we", "us"), handles information when you use the Unboxel mobile application ("App").
In short: Unboxel does not collect, store on our servers, or share any personal data. Your game progress stays on your device.
We do not collect personal data. Unboxel has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We do not operate any server that receives data from the App.
The App stores the following information only on your device so that the game works:

Data we do NOT collect: name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, advertising identifiers or usage statistics.
Unboxel offers optional in-app purchases (gem packs and a starter pack). All payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details, Apple ID or billing information. Apple's handling of your data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.
Because we do not collect personal data, we do not share, sell or transfer any personal data to third parties. The App contains no advertising networks, analytics services or tracking tools.
All data listed above remains on your device. You can delete it at any time by deleting the App from your device. Please note that gems and boosters are stored only on your device and are lost when the App is deleted.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have rights including access, correction, deletion and objection regarding your personal data. Since Unboxel does not collect or process personal data on our side, we hold no personal data about you. If you have any question or request, you can contact us using the details below.
Unboxel is a puzzle game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children. The App contains no advertising or tracking.
The Unboxel app does not use cookies and does not track you across apps or websites.
If we add features that change how data is handled (for example online features), we will update this Privacy Policy and the "Last Updated" date on this page before those features are released.

Unboxel isteğe bağlı uygulama içi satın almalar (elmas paketleri ve başlangıç paketi) sunar. Tüm ödemeler tamamen Apple tarafından App Store üzerinden işlenir. Yukarıda listelenen tüm veriler cihazınızda kalır. Uygulamayı cihazınızdan silerek bu verileri istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Elmas ve güçlendiriciler yalnızca cihazınızda saklandığından Uygulama silindiğinde kaybolur.

Unboxel bizim tarafımızda kişisel veri toplamadığı ve işlemediği için hakkınızda tuttuğumuz bir kişisel veri bulunmamaktadır.
